Trails Carolina in North Carolina will now offer a full week of health-focused classes to create opportunity for students to learn about the mind-body conection.

The program features mindfulness training, yoga, expressive arts, experiential self-care, healthy living skills and nutrition/ culinary education.

Trails believes students are more successful if healing is presented in a holistic way. The Trails to Wellness programming will hhelp students learn to incorporate wellness practices in their daily routine even after completing the program.

The Trails to Wellness program will be a transition for students after the expedition portion of Trails Carolina. Students stay at the Sky Valley campus, a base camp model with yurts. During this phase, students get to plan and execute their tasks each day, practicing executive functioning skills that will benefit them long after completion.
