Abundant Life Academy and Zion Educational Systems announce the addition of Greg Hitchcock as the newest Principle, Board Member, and Corporate Officer of both corporations.

Abundant Life Academy is a therapeutic Christian boarding school for troubled teens located in Kanab, Utah. Zion Educational Systems is an Internet Marketing/Social Media Group for the Behavioral Health and Addictions Treatment arenas. Zion also owns and manages several behavioral health industry web sites, article directories, video directories, school and program directories and industry related blogs.

Greg joins Craig & Wendy Rogers, co-founders of Abundant Life Academy (ALA) and Zion Educational Systems (ZES) with their goal of establishing these services as the pioneering leaders of the new web-based Behavioral Health industry.

Helping troubled teens is the fuel that energizes Greg’s passion and expertise in the behavioral health and addiction treatment professions. Hitchcock’s professional background and personal experiences provide the knowledge and wisdom needed to guide troubled teens and their families in a successful process of overcoming difficult circumstances. Most importantly, Greg has extensive, personal experience working directly with families and teens as they deal with critical situations. Whether it’s personal counseling or finding the right program for help, Greg focuses his full energy on the individual problem at hand.

“You’ve got to be passionate about this work; you’ve got to understand it from the inside out,” he says. “When I work with an individual or family, I understand their hurts… and their hopes. And I know how to get them the help they need.” – Greg Hitchcock

Greg has been an educator, executive and entrepreneur in the behavioral health and addiction treatment field for over fifteen years. He founded and/or directed several programs, including the STEP Intervention and Leadership Program, Mount Bachelor Academy’s Wilderness Therapy Program, Woodland Lodge, CEDU Family of Services and Wilderness Quest.

Greg has had the opportunity to envision and launch therapeutic programs in Honduras and Russia, present seminars and workshops at national conferences, and help numerous therapeutic programs grow in quality and enrollments.

Greg’s ample time in the classroom as an English teacher, in the field as a wilderness instructor, and with clients and referrers as a marketer enables him to provide necessary and practical help for each family’s unique situation.

Greg enjoys boating, backpacking and skiing with his wife Charlene and his three sons Kaden, Jackson and Tristan. Greg is an avid mountaineer and fly-fisherman who is grateful to have the Selkirk Mountains as his backyard.

Abundant Life Academy has two separate Christian boarding schools for troubled teens, serving both troubled boys and girls. Both of these boarding schools are designed for unmotivated and gifted struggling boys and girls.
