Our female adolescent program is an intimate 8 bed setting that ensures individualized treatment is our top priority. The culture of recovery we facilitate proves to make a huge impact Dialectical Behavioral Therapy and Acceptance Commitment Therapy interwoven within the elemental phases of treatment. Elemental phases include Earth, Water, Fire and Air phase Peer support provided by our Recovery Advocates balances our clinical model Located on a secluded, cool, 55 wooded acres in the foothills of Appalachian Experiential Therapist, Kimberly Wiggins and Clinical Director, Hannah Funderburk developed practical therapy models utilizing animal assisted therapy. AAT will include working with alpacas directly 100+ yard low ropes elemental course and bow drilling Ultimately, throughout our experiential process and our entire program, adolescents begin to build self worth, discover newfound feelings of empowerment, and the ability to believe in themselves again
