Having earned his Bachelor of Science in Behavioral Science-Psychology from Utah Valley University, Zach first gained professional education experience as a Teacher’s Assistant while pursuing his degree. He also worked as a field instructor for a wilderness therapy program in southern Utah and at an adolescent residential treatment center, which sparked his passion for working in the mental health industry. Zach is also bilingual in English and Spanish, taught at a preparatory academy in Draper, and did private tutoring for SAT/ACT tests.
“I am very excited about the Academic Director position at The Arise Society! I feel that along with my teaching and tutoring background, I will bring a personal and relatable connection to each student in order to guide them to academic success,” said Zach.
