Three
Springs Supports
Cedu Parents And Staff

It is difficult to imagine a more difficult
decision than placing your child in a residential treatment
program. But some families who have crossed that bridge now
face a new dilemma: the program to which they entrusted their
child has closed.
The most important thing now is that the children
affected continue to receive the kind of help they need to
turn their lives around.
Ours is not a large industry, and we are all saddened by
CEDU's closure. It's certainly no reflection on the quality
work they did for over 35 years. It is now the responsibility
of our industry to offer our support to the children, parents,
consultants and staff of CEDU during this difficult transition.
It is also important for us to realize that the professional
community has lost a treatment option and we will all need
to help fill that void. Each company that helps troubled children
is different. One program is not automatically a fit for every
child.
At Three Springs we both hope and believe that our industry
will pull together and help those affected by CEDU's closure
during this difficult transition. We stand ready to help in
any way we can.
Sincerely,
Sharon Laney, COO
