Caribou Ridge Intervention is a new, short-term wilderness therapy intervention program, located in North Idaho. Although the program itself has been around just over a year, they've recently opened it for students coming directly from home as well as those who need an in-program intervention to jump-start forward progress.
"I have been sent to three programs and Caribou Ridge Intervention was the fourth. It was the first one that actually helped me. I learned to be assertive, that I am strong, and to have respect for myself." - Page, Caribou Ridge Participant (July 2015)
Caribou Ridge Intervention is a short-term wilderness program for troubled youth between the ages of 13 and 17. These teenagers are good kids that have gotten off track and need guidance and structure to help them make better choices.
