Caribou Ridge Intervention is a new, short-term wilderness therapy intervention program, located in North Idaho. Although the program itself has been around just over a year, they've recently opened it for students coming directly from home as well as those who need an in-program intervention to jump-start forward progress.

"I have been sent to three programs and Caribou Ridge Intervention was the fourth. It was the first one that actually helped me. I learned to be assertive, that I am strong, and to have respect for myself." - Page, Caribou Ridge Participant (July 2015)

Benefits of Caribou Ridge Intervention include:
  • Short-term wilderness therapy intervention (21 days)

  • Individual and group therapy, psycho-educational groups.

  • Psychometrically valid character strengths assessment.

  • Base camp model featuring outdoor living with residential resources.

  • Psychiatrist available to provide medication management.

  • Psychological-Educational testing available.

  • Brought to you by the team that runs Northwest Academy and Boulder Creek Academy.
