Villa
San Jose, a comprehensive
drug and alcohol treatment program and boarding school for adolescents
ages 14-19, is located in
the mountains of Costa Rica,
just outside the capital city of San Jose. It offers short,
medium and long-term treatment for
alcoholism and addiction,
including day and evening programs, patient consultations and
specialized programs for specific populations.
Their psychiatrists and psychologists, who are members of the
American Medical Association and the American
Psychological Association,
have trained in the United States and Europe and maintain the strictest
ethical and professional practices. Their multidisciplinary alcoholism
and addiction treatment program, which focuses on physical, emotional
and spiritual recovery, is internationally recognized for providing
high quality, successful treatment. Villa San Jose has “successfully

Canada, England, Germany, and the Netherlands.”
Villa San Jose, is committed to facilitating the transition from

on a stunning 30,000 square meter campus in the mountains of Costa
Rica’s Central Valley, 1,900 meters above sea level. Students have
semi-private dorms, and the campus includes tropical mountains,
rain forest, spacious green areas, purebred Arabian horses, rivers
