Spectator, in Ontario Canada, reports the school was
evicted by a local school board for failure to live up to their end
of the agreement in a lease agreement with an option to buy. On February
19, the headline was "Dunnville school faces eviction;
private academy owes back rent to school board." On February 25
the headline was "Glencairn faces closure today over failure
to pay rent," and on February 26, the headline was "Sheriff
evicts school for struggling students."

Resources, had web pages advertising boot camps that the San
Jose, Costa Rica newspaper found to be located at the Dundee
Ranch Academy facilities in Costa Rica, academy owner Narvin
Lichfield insists his program Dundee Ranch Academy "is not
a boot camp for troubled teens." Two web sites, 1-to-1-juvenile-boot-camps and basic-training-boot-camp-military-school,
are registered on the internet by a Mr. Ken Wilson of Costa
Rica. Lichfield says he is reworking the concept of "High Impact," stating,
he “must have forgotten to tell Parent Resources the change of plans."
