The Loveland Farms School
is offering a 10-day wilderness expedition in July for moms
of its students as well as for other women who wish to take
time out for an Inward Bound journey.
Larry Culp, head of the
school, and Katherine Kendall, educational consultant,
will co-facilitate the July 18-28 trip into the wilderness
of Montana.
Ten days will be spent hiking,
canoeing, rock-climbing, reading, thinking, writing, feeling,
talking and laughing. The course focus will incorporate a
therapeutic approach to empowerment and self-discovery.
Larry comments, "as we move into
adulthood and take on the myriad responsibilities of family
and career, some tend to stay away from the mountain for far
too long."
Since the number of participants
is limited, registration is encouraged as soon as possible.
Both Larry and Katherine are available to answer questions.
