Dan & Carmen Earle
After a one year personal
growth retreat building a unique lodge pole and cedar home in the backwoods
of North Idaho, Dan & Carmen Earle are now offering personal growth
seminars to parents, adults, professionals and specialized schools and
programs throughout the United States and Canada. Insight & Action
was developed to meet the needs contained in two statements. The first
was made by a father in a CEDU Education seminar: "I was educated and
prepared for everything but the most important job I would ever have
.......being a parent." The other was written by C. G. Jung:
"In every adult there lurks
a child---an eternal child, something that is always becoming, is
never completed, and calls for unceasing care, attention and education.
That is the part of the human personality which wants to develop and
become whole."
Dan and Carmen have created
Insight and Action to assist adults wishing to continue to "develop
and become whole." In addition to a set curriculum of Seminars on "parenting,"
and "personal growth," they will work with existing support groups to
customize seminars to the specific needs, and developmental readiness
of the participants. They will work with schools, institutions and programs
interested in staff training to "pinpoint" issues and provide experiential
training.
In the 16 years they were
with CEDU Education, Dan and Carmen developed Rocky Mountain Academy
in North Idaho and re-built CEDU School in Southern California. Dan
designed and implemented much of what has come to be known as the CEDU
Educational Curriculum, and its highly successful "parent seminar" program.
