This program, put together
by ex-employees of Spring Creek Community School, is one year old and
emphasizes custom-designed experiences for adolescents and young adults
needing to build their confidence and initiative. Using the outdoors
as a primary tool, they have a small number of students living there
long term, in the Homebase program, and send small groups out on short
term expeditions of a few weeks, which are flexible and can be one-on-one,
and can be put together on short notice. Scheduled travel experiences
include "Top of the World" in Nepal, "the Big Sky" in Montana, "Mountaineering
in Alaska," and "Alaska's Most Beautiful Places."
