Angie Senic has been named Director for Private Services of Eckerd
Youth Alternatives, Inc., announced EYA Chief Operating Officer
Bob McKeagney.
“Angie has the experience and commitment that will enable
us to continue building our capacity to achieve excellence in our
private care programs,” McKeagney said. “We are
excited about her joining our team to help troubled youth.”
Senic was previously executive director of Alldredge Academy in
Davis, West Virginia. It is a wilderness-based program with
a boarding school. She has also served as principal of Alldredge
Academy, and as an administrator, teacher and curriculum specialist
for other West Virginia youth programs.
“Eckerd Youth Alternatives has a wonderful reputation of
doing quality work with at-risk adolescents, and I believe that
growing its private sector programs provides an opportunity to
take this work to an additional population of young people,” Senic
said. “I am excited about joining the Eckerd
family.”
She will directly oversee operations of EYA’s two outdoor
therapeutic programs dedicated to serving privately referred youth
and their families. The residential programs are located
in Deer Lodge, Tenn. and Brooksville, Fla.
