Irene Kotter, Admissions at New Haven RTC stopped by the Woodbury Reports office for a visit after attending the 5th annual Northwest Get Together.

Irene began working as a Health Care Assistant for New Haven in May of 2004. She then became the Lead Supervisor for the Rosa Parks House beginning in July of 2006 and learned countless lessons from parents and daughters during her three years as Lead. She started working at New Haven because she naturally enjoys being with and listening to people; she stayed because she now knows that families experience positive, lasting change. Currently Irene works as an Admissions Counselor for New Haven.

New Haven RTC is a residential treatment program and boarding school for teen girls, ages 12–17. It was founded in 1996 by therapists Mark McGregor and Craig LaMont, who set out to create a new kind of treatment program – a robustly staffed, relationally oriented program specifically designed to meet the needs of adolescent girls. New Haven's commitment to a clinically sophisticated, team-based treatment approach evolved into the "Family Works©" model.

New Haven is part of the InnerChange family of therapeutic programs.
