There is a lot of anxiety among young adults, often referred to as millennials, explained Ken Rabow, Owner of Real Life Coaching and founder of World Wide Youth Mentoring Inc. from Toronto, Canada, to Lon September 5, 2016. Rabow has found that millennials have wide knowledge due partly to the availability of the Internet, but their knowledge is usually not very deep, partly because they have too many choices. He also explained that his goal is a liberal education, meaning help them learn how to be a man or woman of the world. This goal is very similar to the traditional college goal of a liberal education, something that Universities currently emphasize less in order to provide professional vocational education. Listen to how Rabow explains some of the workings of professional mentoring for young adults with problems.
