Wilderness therapy can be effective with students on the autism spectrum, but only if those students unique perspectives are understood and worked with. Pamela Splain, a therapist with the SUWS of the Carolinas Wilderness joined Lon June 25, 2015 to explain exactly how this is done in the SUWS of the Carolinas wilderness program.
