Sebastian Alioto, the Vice President of Finance and Information Technology, has over 25 years of senior financial and operations management experience in both the profit and non-profit sectors. A San Francisco Bay Area native, Sebastian graduated from the University of San Francisco and qualified as a CPA.

Constellation's treatment facilities provide therapies that can assist with both addiction and mental illness.
