Center For Change is excited to have Hannah Hopkin, LCSW and Tracey Trantor, Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner on our team.

Hannah began interest in treating eating disorders when she became fully recovered from her own eating disorder 10 years ago. She received her Master's in Social Work at the University of Central Florida with an emphasis in Marriage and Family therapy and in addiction interventions. She moved to Utah and worked in a substance abuse treatment center for 4 years. She was able to educate the staff there about the prevalence of eating disorder behaviors in those struggling with substance dependence. Hannah decided she needed further training in trauma therapy and became certified in EMDR through EMDRIA. She has since specialized her training to eating disorders and other addictive behaviors. She loves any books by Brene Brown and hopes to be more than just her facebook friend. Working at the Center for Change is a dream come true!

Tracey M. Tranter is a board certified Family Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner. She completed her Masters of Science Degree in Nursing at the University of Utah in 2012. Her previous nursing experience as a Labor & Delivery R.N. for 7+ years and Women's Services has always been her passion. Through her time working she has also developed another passion in addiction medicine. She worked at University of Utah Neuropsychiatric Institute, learning about mood disorders, personality disorders, and working with adolescents as well as older-generation adults. Her specialty is working with people that have substance abuse disorders, detox, and recovery. She was born and raised in Utah, she has two kids, loves to wake-board, swim, ride her bike, and do triathlons.

Center For Change is an inpatient and outpatient facility dedicated to the treatment of Eating Disorders.
