Our clients participate in a therapeutic milieu centered on preparing for a rewarding young adult life through life skills coaching, career training and internship, and educational mentoring. Aloft sets itself apart by providing low ratio, high intensity mentoring, and frequent clinical counseling, combined with daily, extended opportunities for independent young adult career and educational pursuits. New at Aloft: We are welcoming a new therapist, Angela Baird-Hepworth, LPC. Angela is working on her Doctorate in General Psychology. Angela's personal experience with adoption has led to her passion and budding expertise in attachment and abandonment issues. She comes to us from an intensive experience working with Attachment Disordered youth in juvenile corrections. Angela helped to start an attachment-focused program at the facility that has become a statewide attractor. Angela's passion for therapy, and attachment work specifically, will continue with our residents at Aloft and in her doctorate work. Angela is well-traveled, having grown up in many areas of the United States, including Washington, Arizona, Kentucky and Long Island, New York. She moved here in 2012 from Phoenix, Arizona. She is a loving step-mom to two girls and a mom of two dogs and a cat. She loves boxing, reading, writing, white water rafting, traveling, and spending time with family. We are also welcoming Juan Lexus, ACADC, M.S. Juan come to us with 20+ years of experience working with addiction.
