This new company focuses on helping parents find appropriate programs for their troubled teen. Zabaldo says "We charge the same fees to all programs that we refer to so there is no bias…" and asserts they will refer to programs that do not pay them a finders fee if they feel it is a better fit for the child.

Zabaldo explained that he "went through the infamous Challenger program…" and has worked in "private pay programs for youth and young adults since 1991" in "both upper management and line staff positions…" and is a strong advocate for "both wilderness programs and residential treatment centers…."

He says they base their program recommendations on the basis of safe track records, have been in business for at least one year, have "excellent reputations with state and local governing agencies…" and with the help of "network of professionals that we consult with on effective programs that include psychologists and specialized therapists."
