Spruce Mountain Inn is excited to announce the addition of Aaron Aldridge as its new Assistant Director!

Aaron entered the mental health sector in 2005. He quickly moved through the ranks to become a well-known, and frequently requested, therapist in the field of adolescent treatment. Not only was he part of the team that opened and operated a multi-faceted adolescent facility at Vista Treatment Centers, but he also served as the director of their adolescent transition program for teens emerging from residential treatment.

Aaron’s most recent post was as Clinical Director for Utah Valley’s La Europa Academy.

Aaron's experience in preparing adolescents for transition and independence has notably qualified him to oversee and assist young adults (and their families) as they take part in the Spruce Mountain Inn program.

Additionally, his multi-level educational portfolio with undergraduate work in Business and Human Services, and a Master's degree in Counseling, along with his years of hands-on management and work in various clinical settings, make him a standout leader at Spruce Mountain.

As a father of two young adults, Aaron empathizes with parents who want the best for their young adult children as they venture into the world to seek out successful lives of their own. His goal is to help each young resident who comes to Spruce Mountain emerge to a fulfilling and productive life.

“We’re very fortunate to have hired Aaron to fill a critical role at Spruce. His experience and skill in supervising staff, in working with clients, and in supporting families, as well as his being seasoned in our ‘industry’ is the match we’ve been looking for,” stated Candace Beardsley, Founder and Director.

“I’m extremely excited to be joining the talented team at Spruce Mountain Inn!” said Aaron. “Candace has created a culture of integrity. I’m honored to have been asked to join a group with such a caring, nurturing, holistic approach.”

Many of you already know Aaron, and he looks forward to working with each of you from his new post at Spruce Mountain Inn.
