First Step,
an escort service founded by Eddie Curry in 1994, boasts of a staff of “dedicated professionals” who have had years of experience
guiding teens and families in need through each step of their escort and/or recovery.
Believing that good communication is a must, First Step keeps in “constant contact with the family and program through each step.”
The staff is on call 24/7, and can be at the parents or programs door within 24 hours in most cases.
If necessary, First Step can also keep a child under their supervision in order to give the parents time to find the right program
or school. First Step is dedicated to making the experience as “positive, safe, and caring as possible” for both the child and the
family.
