TEEN ADOLESCENT PLACEMENT SERVICES (TAPS)
“Serving Families of Troubled Teens”
Oceanside, CA
Tony Pallotto, President & CEO
760-439-2087

“Teen Adolescent Placement Services started over three years ago as a parent support group for those parents with adolescents out of control. Shortly after we started the support groups we started a for profit company and soon realized what was needed was a Non-Profit Corporation. We formed a California Non-Profit public benefit (501-c-3) tax exempt corporation on August 20th 1996. I believe we are the only Non-Profit corporation offering the services listed in our brochure.”

Their stated purpose is to “...provide parents, childcare professionals and others a guide to appropriate resources for the treatment of struggling teens. The services listed in their brochure includes:: Parent Support Groups; Adolescent Counselors; Short-term Crisis Centers; Acute Care Programs; Residential Treatment Centers; Liaison With Probation Officers; Drug & Alcohol Education; Intervention Coordination; Adolescent Transportation; and Schools, Camps, and other Alternatives.
