TOM "GREGORY" FINUCANE FILES TORT CLAIM AGAINST IDAHO
On April 24, 1996, acting through Sandpoint, Idaho attorney James H. Paulsen, Thomas "Gregory" Finucane filed a $1,000,000 Tort Claim
against the State of Idaho. Finucane was the head of Eagle Mountain Outpost during a dispute with Idaho Health and Welfare several
years ago. The dispute was settled in a Stipulation for Consent Judgement and Consent Judgement. Part of the terms was the records
would be sealed. It is claimed that Idaho violated the terms of this Court Order by releasing boxes of information to Montana without
going through legal channels. Tom "Gregory" Finucane is currently in a legal battle with Montana authorities over their closing down
Rocky Top Academy.
