Recognized as a leader in Residential Treatment for teens, C.A.R.E. Schools operates residential treatment schools and programs in St. George, Utah and Virgin, Utah. Red Rock Canyon School is growing and we are seeking a dynamic and experienced professional to represent our programs and develop referral relationships. This position will develop and maintain loyal relationships with behavioral health professionals, build awareness and educate referral sources about our services, and provide excellent customer service by representing Lava Heights Academy with integrity and professionalism.
Qualifications:
- Experience in marketing, sales, communications, business, or behavioral healthcare preferred.
- Must be willing to travel on a quarterly basis.
- Excellent communication skills required along with ability to present to groups and develop and implement sales plan.
- Must be motivated and able to operate independently.
- Familiarity with residential treatment and recovery programs preferred.
- Conference attendance is required.
- Experience with data base management and PC skills required
