New Start Transports is based in Salt-Lake City, Utah. The business is licensed, insured, employs all of its interventionists, and provides thorough background checks on its entire staff. Its founders and their family personally participated in two troubled teen programs. Their personal experiences led them to provide an admission intervention service founded on care for both the parents and the adolescents being admitted into community, residential, or wilderness therapy program milieus.
Clinton Jace Hardy, President and Transport Interventionist, is the founder. He received his Bachelor of Science in Psychology and Minor in Family Studies and Human Development from the University of Utah. He has provided transport interventions and transport consultation services to parents throughout the United States (and abroad), the Dr. Phil Show, news radio networks, and television production companies. Alicia Hardy, Administrative Assistant and Assistant Transport Interventionist, is trained in Nonviolent Crisis Intervention (NCI), Mandt, and maintains her CPR and First Aid trainings. Jacob Hardy, Training Instructor, Intake Coordinator, and Transport Interventionist, received his Bachelor in Criminal Justice from UNLV. He has been certified as an instructor for Nonviolent Crisis Intervention (NCI); CPR and First Aid trainings; and as a training instructor for Positive Control Systems (PCS).
New Start Transports (NST) offers the following intervention services: Adolescent Therapeutic Transport Services; Adolescent Mediation and Transitioning Services; Adolescent Supportive Services; Adult Transport, Mediation, and Transitioning Services; Runaway Consultation Services; and Therapeutic Mentoring Services. New Start Transports (NST) provides an all-inclusive price for the convenience of clients and safe travel arrangements. They include, but are not limited to, airfare, car rentals, lodging, food, miscellaneous travel expenses, and all the other professional fees associated with NST.
